Job Description

· Surprise and delight our customers with excellent and accurate order fulfillment.

· Use the Companies order management system to ensure order fulfillment.

· Work hand-in-hand with our courier company to delight our customers through ongoing support and on time deliveries.

· Liaise with merchants and our curators to arrange product collections.

· Process order returns and exchanges for customers.

· Play an integral part of our supply chain and customer support team.

· Work in a fun, energetic, dynamic and collaborative working environment.

Key Requirements

· Tertiary Degree or Diploma.

· 1-2 years’ experience in a supply chain and/or coordination role.

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Great eye for detail and methodical.

· Committed, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.

· Driven and self-motivated.

· Efficient and proactive.

· Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

· Positive attitude, understanding, compassionate and passionate about making people happy.

· Good command of English.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)

· Love working in a fast moving environment and thrive under pressure.
