Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - 3 Yr Diploma / Degree in Social Sciences / Training and Development or similar is essential
NQF Level 5 OD ETDP / Assessor or Moderator
Must have people management experience
Experience working in a Client Service environment within Financial Services Industry is essential
