The purpose is to run end-to-end recruitment:
- Follow up on vacancy authorisation documents from line, which kicks off the process
- Advertise positions internally and externally
- Shortlist
- Set up interviews
- Review recruitment policy
- Revise current process to ensure efficiencies
- Start talent pipeline
- Talent mapping for succession planning
- Review and manage preferred supplier list including updating agreements
- Entrenching use of interview guides
- Recruitment reporting
- Update job specs
