We are currently looking for a Technical Buyer responsible for the professional procurement of engineering / maintenance materials,  raw materials and consumables for the Vanderbijlpark  facility, by obtaining the right material (quality), in the right quantity, for delivery at the right time and place, from a right source (reliable, ethical and committed supplier), with right service (before and after sales) and at the right price.The position is in Vanderbijlpark 

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 4 years experience in an integrated Supply Chain or procurement environment within Manufacturing.
Must have a strong background in maintenance / engineering item buying
Knowledge of ERP System preferably BPCS, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Access).
Knowledge of Corporate Governance Principles applicable to procurement processes.
Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment and Labour Relations Act. Knowledge of OHSA.
