A renowned Manufacturing Company based in the East Rand is looking for a Technical Facilitator.

Credentials / Knowledge
1. Grade 12;
2. Computer skills (MS Office package);
3. Qualification in relevant technical field
4. Minimum of 10 years experience in the technical field;
5. Minimum 5 years experience as a training officer.

1. Develop innovative and easy-to-understand training material and tools;
2. Provide technical training to internal employees and customers;
3. Prepare training schedules and manuals for training;
4. Analyze learning needs and develop appropriate training material;
5. Interact with technical department and design course content;
6. Document and maintain all training processes and issues with the HR department;
7. Interact with respective departments in scheduling training programs;
8. Ensure quality and consistency across the full scope of training provided;
9. Any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager or organization.
