Our client is currently seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to oversee all aspects of technical service operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and exceptional service delivery to internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include revenue growth, team management, and maintaining service excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical service team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Plan and coordinate technical services, optimizing resource utilization and project timelines.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Oversee training programs for team members and customer operators.
Manage spare parts inventory and departmental budget.
Address customer concerns promptly and prioritize projects effectively.
Implement company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of related industry experience.
Degree or diploma in Electrical/Clinical/Electronics Engineering.
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) diploma preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft packages, and intermediate Excel skills.
Financial knowledge and previous management experience advantageous.
