Telesales & Retentions Consultant

An independent registered Financial Services provider that specialises in offering a personalised, professional financial planning service is currently looking to hire a Telesales & Retentions Consultant.

Salary for this position is: R 7 000 – R10 000 (Basic – Negotiable) + Commission

Responsibilities
• Arrange appointments for Brokers and meet or exceed weekly appointment target
• Following up on quotations issued
• Rearrangement of appointments when necessary
• Update next review dates and create TASKS
• Cross selling on existing database
• Looking for opportunities to bring on new clients
• Contacting clients with arrear premiums and focusing on keeping retention levels at or above 90% (Lapse ratios are not to exceed 10%)
• Follow up on Campaigns & In-house servicing
• Cross pollination of sales between the three main databases Health, Short Term & Life

Requirements:
• Matric
• 1 – 3 years exp in similar positions
• FAIS accredited
