Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in HR Management / Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment / HR in a manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment authorization forms and forward for approval
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts as per company policy
- Identify suitable candidates
- Review applications in accordance to the advert
- Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Arrange and co-ordinate assessments when needed
- Prepare a summary of applicants to forward to management
- Plan, prepare and conduct interview with the relevant line manager
- Assist in drafting the interview guide for the relevant positions
- Consolidate interview scores and send to the relevant manager
- Prepare appointment authorization forms
- Prepare induction packs for new engagements
- Advise managers regarding pay rates, training requirements and release dates
