An automotive company is looking for a Temporary Training Coordinator for a contract of 2 yrs to join their HR Department. The position will be based in Pretoria Rosslyn and the criteria for the position include but are not limited to;
Qualification:
• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Diploma (3 year) or Degree in Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Main Purpose of the Job:
• Supports all the back office activities related to the Training Centre for both the Agricultural, Construction, Truck & Bus technical training courses. In particular, the position manages the enrolment process on the on line LMS for the participants. • Full management of the Web University
Key Result Areas:
• Provide feedback to the After Sales Managers and Product Support Groups on any concerns that have been brought to the trainer's attention and support the development of local training centres in co-operation with the Training Manager • Manage the technicians’ enrolment process and set-up on the LMA (Web University / Web Academy).
• Prepare the enrolments and invitations for Dealer technicians of extra Europe markets not using the LMS.
Training Coordinator – Graduate position
Skills and Experience: (Mandatory)

• Manage the travel requirements of the trainers of the various locations.
• Input training courses results on LMS.
• Provide support to the management of Training logistics (machines and materials transfer requirements and planning).
• Support the Training Centre back-office activities such as: mail in/out, archiving, purchasing orders, dealer and internal charges, etc.).
Competencies (skills, knowledge and attitudes):
• Be prepared to travel and undertake training in any location
• Be self-motivated and capable of co-ordinating own personal agenda within the training centre activity.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Have high professional and personal standards and a keen eye that attends to details
• Team player with the ability to work independently without supervision for extended periods
• High level of integrity is required
• Quick thinking and problem solving skills
Reporting Structure:
• The incumbent will report to the Technical Training Coordinator (AME)
Additional Requirements:
• Be available after hours if the role requires
• Flexibility for regular travel
