Our 5-star Cape Winelands client requires an experienced and professional Temporary Hospitality Recruitment Consultant.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage Industrial Relations
• Responsible for all Bargaining Council related matters and registrations
• Advice, consult, litigation and facilitate on IR structures and procedures for the day-to-day practical aspects of an IR function
• Responsible and Assist of all strike related matters and implement the strike contingency plan as soon as and when required
• Manage the implementation, application and drafting of all disciplinary documents that relates to misconduct
• Chairing and representing the Company in Disciplinary Enquiries
• Handling and conducting of all grievance procedures, incapacity and Poor Work Performance
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive IR administration system
• Updating of all labour related policies and procedures, ensuring the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures by advising and monitoring management and staff
• Responsible for setting up and monitoring the workplace forums
• Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with unions and union officials
• Monitor, review, and suggest interventions to optimise collective agreements
• Consult and advise management and employees with regard to current legislation and developing policies and procedures
• Monitor internal labour relations trends and submit relevant reports
• Facilitate and conduct negotiations/consultations at unit level within the framework of the company’s policy
• Conduct all company retrenchment consultations

Requirements:
• Matric
• A relevant qualification
• Experience in IR in the hospitality industry
