Roles and responsibilities
• Source tenders
• Take responsibility for entire tendering process
• Placing orders and dealing with suppliers including international suppliers
• Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding contracts
• Maintain adequate stock levels of essential input materials and components
• Compile stats
• Present data
• Update status reports
Skill set
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tender administration role
• Strong admin skills
• Pro-active and organised
• Excellent time management skills
• Very good command of the English language
• Stable employment history with contactable references
• MS Word, MS Excel experience, essential
• CRM experience advantageous
• Matric
• Administrative qualification advantageous
