Roles and Responsibilities
• Source tenders
• Liaise with customers with regards to contractual matters
• Compile and submit tender responses.
• Collect compile and analyse statistical data
• Deal with international suppliers.
• Present data at a boardroom level
• Collect and compile information pertaining to company stock holding levels
• Ensuring healthy stock levels are maintained
• Update order status report
• General admin
Skill Set
• Strong admin skills
• 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• 3 years’ experience in a tender administration role
• Reside in around the Northern/ Western suburbs (Randburg)
• Reliable
• Excellent attendance record
• Stable employment history with contactable references
• Matric
• Administrative qualification advantageous
• Good with MS Word, MS Excel.
• CRM advantageous
