TOOL JIG & DIE MAKER/TOOLROOM MANAGER

DUTIES
• Set up utilize different tooling, cutters, tips and holders of different supply chain Manage a small staff
• Train and instruct semi qualified Toolroom assistants to do all necessary work required to keep the flow of work going as is current
• ECCENTRIC PRESSES and these processes a requirement
• Knowledge of progression tooling/form tools, jigs fixtures some plastic moulds but predominantly metal press tools and also have experience in coil feed lines and full progression tooling
• Able to utilize and instruct in the use of all Toolroom machinery, measuring equipment Lesion with customers from time to time and cost jobs
• Must be of sober habits and be able to work overtime etc. in conjunction with customers and production

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
• This individual is required to have the passion to assist in the running the company “as if it was his own” and we willing to go the extra ****@*****.*** times.
• The suitable candidate must ****@*****.*** 15 or more years of toolmaking and 5 years of management experience
