retailers has the following vacancy for :

TRAINEE BRANCH MANAGER

EAST RAND SOWETO / RANDFONTEIN / KRUGERSDORP / ELDORADOPARK / ROODEPOORT – WEST RAND

Key Outputs
• Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit controlling and stock management.
• Ability to cope in a highly pressurized environment.
• Be able to implement sales promotions and demonstrate effective communication skills
• Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
• Be a strong motivator for sales and the staff in the store to generate above average sales.

Key Requirements
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years’ experience in a managerial or 2nd in charge role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
