Key Responsibilities:
o Recruitment and selection with a specific focus on store placements
o Provide HR support to both Regional- and Store Management
o Implementation of the HR strategy
o Conduct regular weekly in-store visits (including scheduled weekend visits)
o Facilitation of (in-house) training programmes as well as initiating external (supplier) training
o Effectively manage HR administration
o Labour Relations (CCMA representation)
Experience and Qualifications:
o Tertiary qualification (HR/Behavioural Sciences)
o Min. 1 years’ HR Generalist experience. Retail experience (will be an advantage)
o Valid Driver License (Code 8)

o Ability to work weekends- and travel (locally)
