This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training and Development Manager to analyze performance and development, identifying areas of scare skills, administering skills development programs and evaluating learning and development outcomes. Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant degree preferably in psychology, 5 years’ relevant experience and registration as Assessor/Moderator.
