Training and Development Manager needed for a leading mining company in Limpopo! This is a fantastic opportunity for a Training and Development Manager to coordinate and do quality control of mining and underground driver training, moderation, develop training programmes, design and develop assessments. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in Training and Development or Human Resource Development, Registered as Assessor and Moderator. A minimum of 8 years experience in the mining industry is essential.
