responsible for creating, designing and maintaining learning and development
courses and programs and ensure learning content and design approach support
operational and business needs, etc.

Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification - Human Resources /
Educational Degree is essential
Instructional Design certificate
Education and
Training Quality Assurance (ETQA) qualification
OD-ETDP (Occupationally
Directed Education Training Development Practice) certification
Must have at
least 3 years instructional design experience and 2 years facilitation
experience gained within a financial services environment
Experience in
designing product (technical) training as well as soft skills training
Knowledge of adult education, training and development
