REQUIREMENT;


3 years Degree, Training and Development, HRM diploma or an equivalent qualification

Hands-on experience in a Training Role and work with complex SETA grant project

RESPONSIBILITIES;


A thorough understanding of the skills Development Act is essential

Knowledge of BBBEE skills Development element will be advantageous

Dealing with (internal and external) training providers

Operating in a unionized and fast paced manufacturing environment

working with a a large divers client base
