Responsible for driving the implementation of strategic HR programs, aligned with company goals/objectives and in accordance with local legislation. Ensuring efficient employee engagement through compliance with procedures, policies and legislation and the implementation of HR practices.

• Experience of South African Legislation
• Experience of Taxation

Functional Experience
• Solid understanding of the full function of payroll
• Solid understanding of South African Legislations
• Experience with facilitation, training and SETAs

Language Requirements
• English Fluent • Native language of respective country Fluent

Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements
• Matric
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
• Training certificate/knowledge/experience (WPS, Facilitation, SDF, Co-ordination, Planning, Budget)

Functional Experience
• Experience in continuous improvement approach
