Role Responsibilities
• Responsible for Tranquillity and Aladdin software products
• Manage complete product lifecycle including market requirements, product release plans, and product launch and tactical activities
• Stay up-to-date with the marketplace and market requirements
• Define current and future product roadmaps that align to the strategic goals of making use of the Product Management Framework
• Collaborate with numerous stakeholders (most notably customers, sales, marketing and development) in defining the product priorities within the product roadmap, which consists of a balance of new capabilities, enhancements to existing features, and defect fixes
• Provide detailed guidance during development to ensure the built product is in line with the product vision
• Develop and maintain user interface standards
• Responsible for end user license agreements and billing of annual license fees
• Analyse and develop potential partner relationships for the product line
• Contribute to and support Account Management and Sales objectives as follows:
• Prepare sales training and product marketing and sales kits
• Perform product demonstrations, presentations and meet with customers Deliver papers at conferences and workshops
• Identify opportunities to extend, improve and simplify the products and associated processes (change control, deployment etc.)
• Initiate and translate product roadmap into manageable, prioritised product backlog
• Communication of roadmap, backlog of change requests and problems, release plan, release notes
• Develop core product messaging and positioning
• Guide and complete the marketing tasks in support of product marketing efforts

Education & Qualification
• Relevant Bachelor degree

Relevant Experience
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the software industry
• Minimum 3 years product management experience in a in software development environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with ERP products
• Technical background is required, with product experience in software tools, operating systems, software development environments
• Exposure to and experience with the Agile methodology
