VACCINES COUNTRY BRAND LEAD – Southern Africa/Nigeria East Africa Regions

A leading Multinational Company has an exciting opportunity for an Senior Marketing Manager to define and drive country specific Vaccines (therapeutic area and brand strategies),
The area of responsibility would be the Southern Africa and Nigeria East Africa Regions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable
? Brand Plan: development & execution of Brand strategies reviewed by Medical / Regulatory / Legal
? Campaign Development: match appropriate modules or develop new materials in the absence of existing materials
? Promo Meetings: manage compliance review of materials
? Custodian of Brand related customer relationships and interactions
Shared Accountability
? Develop SAR & NEAR Operating Plan; influence sales targets and Brand A&P allocations (with Vaccines Cluster Lead & Regional Brand Marketing Lead)
? Long-range forecasting (with Vaccines Cluster Lead & Regional Brand Marketing Lead)
? Revenue adjustments, as needed (with Vaccines Cluster Lead & Regional Brand Marketing Lead)
? Develop promotional meetings strategy (with GCO/CE and Senior Brand Manager)
? Validate brand-specific messages, campaign designs and training (with Medical / Regulatory / Training)
? Develop awareness campaigns, meeting/congress content (with KOLs) in partnership with Medical

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Qualifications:
? 5-10 years of marketing experience
? Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
