Warehouse Administrator (Temp)
Temporary contract (Maternity Cover) – 8 months
Starting 01 November 2014 or asap thereafter
Warehouse Manager
Cape Town

Key Responsibilities : (Including but not limited to)
• Manage Goosebumps account and warehouse staff allocated to Goosebumps product
• Follow up on GB reloads & non deliveries
• Resolve GB customer complaints, and claims
• Manage GB stock (FIFO system), upliftments, returns, damages, flow report any deviations on SLA
• Stock Take preparation and execution
• Involved in GB routing trucks & delivery schedule
• Manage and control of outstanding GB POD’s
• Manage the GB Broken packs in the warehouse including staff sales & sampling Requirements
• Measure GB picking efficiency (performance) and resolve any issues
• Liaise with IT to resolve system errors
• CHEP
• Time and Attendance of Warehouse staff
• Health and safety check sheets, reports, audits
• General Administration (Filing, weekly reporting to relevant customers and Heads of Department etc.)

Requirements :
• Matric
• Minimum 2 years office administration experience
• Computer literate - MS Office, intermediate Excel skills
• Certificate/Diploma in Administration or Logistics advantageous
• Admin experience working in FMCG environment highly desirable
• High attention to detail
