Great opportunity exists for a seasoned Sales Manager to join a La Lucia-based team. The Company is the market leader in the investment property industry.
This is a hands-on position and apart from management you will also be contributing to the financial achievements of the team by meeting your own sales targets through sourcing clients, presenting and selling offshore property investment opportunities to high net worth investors.
Job purpose
The core function of this challenging role is to manage and support a team of strong, independent sales professionals.
Minimum requirements:
• Solid experience in the successful management of a sales team on a senior level
• Proven track record in direct sales to high net worth individuals
• Active, qualified database with established sales relationships essential
• Must be extremely target driven with the ability to meet set individual as well as team target from month one
• The ability to network to expand your database

On top of a high basic the salary the structure also offers you uncapped personal commission as well as overriding commission on the team’s performance. This is a challenging role that will suit a focused, resourceful and success driven individual with very strong leadership skills and established sales relationships.
