? General office administration – typing, filing, and controlling calls
? Compiling management reports, minutes etc.
? Ordering of stationery and ensuring there is enough stationery for the department
? Create Purchase Orders and ensure invoices are sent to finance for payment
? Liaising with suppliers and retailers
? Co-ordinating functions, meetings, boardroom bookings and travel arrangements.
? Communicating information to retailers
? Managing Executive’s diary.
? Adhoc Duties
Person specification:
? Executive secretarial qualification
? Good interpersonal and organisational skills
? 3 years secretarial experience at a senior level
? Fully computer literate on MS Office
? Experience on SAP
? Accurate and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently without any supervision
? Deadline orientated
? Able to respond to incoming correspondence on behalf of the Executive
